The colder your food is when packed the longer it will stay cold.
Try and leave the ice brick on the top of your lunch inside the bag as cold air flows down.
If you need to take a part of your food out make sure to do it quickly and close up the bag again to keep the cold air inside the bag.

Cleaning by using mild soap and a damp sponge to wipe both outside and inside of the bag and then air dry. Do not put in washing machine.
