"The sidewalls of the Trail King are reinforced with Conti's proprietary APEX design. APEX is a unique sidewall treatment that places additional material just above the bead where it helps to reduce pinch-flatting, while also stiffening the sidewall to improve control under hard-cornering and in off-camber sections. The King is stout with an oversized casing, and puts a massive footprint to the ground for phenomenal control.
